Adding on to the various teachers entering Glenbard West this school year we welcome Mr. David Houlihan! Math classes at Wheaton North High inspired Mr. Houligan to continue his study of mathematics. Mr. Houlihan is a recent graduate
from Wheaton College with a degree in education and mathematics, Mr. Houlihan adds to the welcoming atmosphere of Glenbard West. The proximity of Glenbard west and its beautiful campus, along with “educators who strive for excellence” are all reasons why Mr. Houlihan has joined West’s staff. When asked to describe the overall experience working at West, Mr. Houlihan enthusiastically retells how great the experience has been. The support from his teacher mentor and the new hire induction program has paved the way for Mr. Houlihan to be able to meet new students and to help them feel challenged in order for them to grow. Adding on to that, Mr. Houlihan thinks very highly of Glenbard West students, describing them as individuals who strive for excellence and are proud to be part of West.
