Glenbard West v. St. Francis Basketball Recap

With a final score of 67-56 in favor of Glenbard West, the game was really not that close. Midway through the third quarter, Glenbard West was winning by nearly 30 when Coach Tim Hoder substituted in some of the bench players.
St. Francis cut the game to 3 with about 4 minutes left, but that was as close as it got. Seniors Nick Diver and Alex Passi made crucial free throws down the stretch to ensure a Hilltopper victory. Passi finished with 11 and Justin Pierce added 22 points to the win.
One could not talk about this game without talking about Connor Mullins crossing over the defender and then dishing it out to Chris Langan for a three-pointer.
It was yet another team win for the boys, who have now improved to a fantastic 9-0 record. Currently, the Hilltoppers rank 12th in the state according to the Chicago Sun Times.
