On August 27, 2019, Girls Varsity Field Hockey defeated Deerfield High School 2-0 in their first game of the season at Glenbard West’s Memorial Field. The team was led to victory by new captains, Delaney Gross, Mckenna Meyer, and Natalie Hermiller. For the majority of the game, the girls dominated Deerfield’s goal side. The girls are excited for the season and have been working hard to prepare for their tournament this weekend in St. Louis.
