As the sun went down, Lucas began, and friends crowded together on shared blankets.

Lucas was shot at Glenbard West in 1986, and many in the crowd marveled at the familiar sights.

The woodpile by Lake Ellyn before it was set ablaze.

The Homecoming bonfire lit around 7PM surrounded by the Glen Ellyn Fire Department.
